How quickly can I get started?

Most teams run their first health check in under 5 minutes. Sign up, connect your Salesforce, HubSpot, or ServiceNow org via OAuth, and BuildForce begins indexing your metadata immediately. No installation, no credit card required.

Do I need admin access to connect my Salesforce org?

Yes — you'll need Salesforce admin permissions to authorize the OAuth connection. BuildForce requires read access to metadata, and optionally write access if you want to enable one-click remediation for approved fixes.

Is my data secure?

Yes. BuildForce uses OAuth 2.0 — we never store your credentials. All data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3. You can revoke access at any time directly from your Salesforce, HubSpot, or ServiceNow admin settings.

How does billing work?

When you sign up for a paid plan, Stripe processes your subscription payment and we provision your AI Consultant Team workspace automatically. Onboarding missions walk you through org connection, guardrail setup, and AI configuration. Cancel anytime from your account settings.

Do you offer monthly billing?

Annual licenses let us dedicate RevOps architects and partner enablement to your account. Monthly billing is available for Enterprise rollouts — contact sales and we'll scope it with you.

Can partners use BuildForce with clients?

Yes. Growth and Enterprise tiers include partner enclaves so you can run client health checks, AI assistance, and deployment guardrails in isolated spaces with shared playbooks.

Can I connect multiple orgs?

Yes. BuildForce supports multi-org management — connect production, sandboxes, and developer orgs. Each org is monitored independently and you can compare them side-by-side.

How long does a health check take?

Most health checks complete in 2-5 minutes, depending on org complexity. Very large orgs with extensive metadata may take up to 10 minutes. Scheduled checks run in the background and notify you when complete.

What happens if I find a critical issue?

BuildForce provides detailed remediation guidance for every finding. Many common issues can be resolved with one-click remediation, including preview and rollback. For complex issues, the AI Consultant can help you develop a fix or open a guided remediation workflow.

Which platforms do you support?

BuildForce currently supports Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, OmniStudio, and more), HubSpot, and ServiceNow. Additional integrations are added regularly — check the supported platforms page for the latest list.
