Beta Terms Addendum

BuildForce Beta Terms Addendum

Last updated: February 2026. These supplemental terms apply to participants in BuildForce's alpha and beta program and are incorporated into the main Terms of Service.

1. Applicability

These Beta Terms supplement the BuildForce Terms of Service (available at /terms) for users participating in BuildForce's alpha or beta program. In the event of a conflict between these Beta Terms and the main Terms of Service, these Beta Terms prevail during the beta period. All other provisions of the main Terms of Service remain in full force and effect.

2. Confidentiality

As a beta participant, you agree to the following confidentiality obligations:

  • Do not publicly share screenshots, benchmarks, performance data, or detailed feature descriptions of pre-release functionality without prior written approval from BuildForce.
  • Do not publish reviews, comparisons, or evaluations based on pre-release features or capabilities that have not been officially announced.
  • Report any discovered vulnerabilities, security issues, or critical bugs to security@buildforce.io rather than disclosing them publicly or to third parties.
  • You may describe your general experience with BuildForce and the category of product (AI-native SaaS management platform) without revealing specific unreleased features, internal metrics, or proprietary implementation details.

3. No service level agreement

During the beta period, BuildForce provides NO service level commitments. Specifically:

  • No uptime guarantees or availability targets.
  • No guaranteed response times for support requests.
  • No guaranteed availability of any specific feature or integration.
  • BuildForce will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain availability, but beta infrastructure may experience planned or unplanned outages, data resets, performance degradation, or feature removals without advance notice.

4. Feature changes and data

BuildForce reserves the right to make changes to the beta platform at any time. Specifically, BuildForce may:

  • Add, modify, or remove features, integrations, or capabilities without prior notice.
  • Reset beta environments or clear stored data if required for platform upgrades or maintenance.
  • Change pricing, packaging, feature bundling, or subscription tiers before general availability.
  • BuildForce will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice for material changes that affect your stored data or active workflows.

5. Access and termination

Beta access is provided at BuildForce's discretion:

  • BuildForce may revoke beta access at any time, for any reason, without liability.
  • You may discontinue your participation in the beta program at any time by contacting support@buildforce.io or closing your account.
  • Upon termination of your beta participation (whether by you or by BuildForce), you will have a 30-day grace period to export any data stored in your BuildForce account.
  • After the 30-day grace period, BuildForce will delete your account data in accordance with our data retention policy described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Feedback and participation

Beta participants are encouraged—but not required—to provide feedback on features, bugs, usability, and overall experience:

  • Any feedback, suggestions, bug reports, feature requests, or ideas you provide to BuildForce during the beta period become BuildForce's property and may be used without restriction or compensation.
  • This is consistent with the feedback clause in the main Terms of Service and applies to all forms of feedback including verbal, written, and in-app submissions.
  • BuildForce may use your feedback to improve the platform for all users without attribution or notification.

7. Transition to general availability

When the beta period concludes:

  • Beta participants will be offered the opportunity to transition to a paid subscription plan at generally available pricing.
  • Any beta-specific pricing, discounts, or free access applies only during the beta period and does not carry over to general availability unless explicitly stated in writing.
  • You are under no obligation to continue using BuildForce after the beta period ends.
  • BuildForce will provide reasonable advance notice before the beta period concludes to allow you to evaluate paid subscription options.

8. Platform connection limits

During the beta period, the following limits apply:

  • Beta participants may connect up to 5 platform connections (e.g., Salesforce orgs, HubSpot accounts, ServiceNow instances) to BuildForce.
  • Additional connections beyond the 5-connection limit require prior written approval from BuildForce.
  • Connection limits may change at general availability based on your selected subscription tier.

9. Limitation of liability

All limitation of liability provisions in the main Terms of Service apply to the beta program. Additionally:

  • Beta services are provided free of charge or at a reduced cost. In recognition of this, BuildForce's total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to the beta program is capped at $0 (zero dollars).
  • You acknowledge that the no-cost or reduced-cost nature of beta access is reflected in this liability cap, and that you accept this limitation as a material condition of your beta participation.
  • This liability cap applies to all claims regardless of the theory of liability, including breach of contract, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal or equitable theory.
