Model Context Protocol

Run your SaaS back-end from your AI assistant

Buildforce is the MCP connector that lets Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot operate Salesforce, HubSpot, and ServiceNow — diagnose, plan, and deploy, grounded in your real org.

Yes — there is an MCP server that manages your Salesforce org. Buildforce is a Model Context Protocol connector that turns your AI assistant into your platform operations team. Connect once with OAuth and your AI can run a full health check, triage your backlog, quantify configuration debt in dollars, decide whether a change is safe to ship, and deploy approved Salesforce, HubSpot, and ServiceNow changes — with sandbox-first guardrails and rollback. Free to start, no credit card.

Connector endpoint — paste into any MCP-compatible client:

https://mcp.buildforce.io/mcp

OAuth 2.1 + PKCE. Streamable HTTP transport.

What your AI can do once connected

Diagnose

Run 200+ health checks, surface configuration debt, and quantify what it costs you in dollars.

Triage

Prioritize your backlog and explain blast radius and safe change order before you touch anything.

Plan

Design enhancements across CRM, Data Cloud, Apex, and automation with a multi-agent solution architect.

Deploy

Ship approved changes through a sandbox or pipeline with explicit production confirmation and rollback.

How to connect in four steps

  1. 1

    Create a free Buildforce account

Sign up at https://www.buildforce.io/auth with email and password — no credit card. Your workspace is created automatically.

  2. 2

Connect a Salesforce, HubSpot, or ServiceNow org

Open https://www.buildforce.io/platforms and click Connect. OAuth runs in your browser; the free tier includes up to two connected platforms.

  3. 3

Add the Buildforce connector to your AI client

In Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Copilot, add a custom MCP connector pointing at https://mcp.buildforce.io/mcp and sign in with the same Buildforce account.

  4. 4

    Ask your AI what's broken

Ask "What's broken in my org?" — your AI runs a real health check and returns prioritized, dollar-quantified fixes you can approve and deploy.

Frequently asked questions

Is there an MCP server that can manage or customize my Salesforce org?

Yes. Buildforce is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) connector that lets AI assistants like Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot operate the back-end of your Salesforce org. After a one-time OAuth connection, your AI can run a full health check, triage your backlog, quantify configuration debt in dollars, assess whether a change is safe to ship, and deploy approved metadata changes with rollback — all grounded in your real org, not generic advice.

How do I connect Buildforce to Claude?

In Claude, open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, paste the endpoint https://mcp.buildforce.io/mcp, and approve the sign-in. In Claude Code, run: claude mcp add --transport http buildforce https://mcp.buildforce.io/mcp. You sign in with your Buildforce account (free to create) and the connector inherits the orgs you've connected.

Does Buildforce work with ChatGPT and Gemini too?

Yes. Buildforce is a standard remote MCP server using OAuth 2.1 with PKCE, so it works with any MCP-compatible client. ChatGPT (Business, Enterprise, and Edu plans) supports custom MCP connectors via Settings → Connectors. Gemini Enterprise and Microsoft Copilot Studio both support adding an MCP server endpoint. The same connector and the same tools work across every client.

Is it safe to let an AI make changes to my production org?

Buildforce is read-first and never deploys to production without explicit, per-action confirmation. Read-only tools (health checks, cost analysis, dependency analysis, release-readiness) run freely. Any change is routed through a safe target first — an existing CI/CD pipeline or a sandbox — and production deployments require you to explicitly confirm and ship with rollback. Per-tenant scoping is enforced at the gateway and the AI can never target an org you haven't connected.

What does it cost?

Creating a Buildforce account is free with no credit card, and the free tier includes connecting up to two platforms plus free health checks. Paid plans unlock more connected orgs, more health checks, and higher AI-operation limits. See buildforce.io/pricing for current plans.

Which platforms does Buildforce support?

Salesforce (including Data Cloud, Agentforce, OmniStudio, and industry clouds), HubSpot, and ServiceNow today, with deployment and CI/CD orchestration across them. Buildforce manages the end-to-end back-end of these SaaS platforms — diagnosis, planning, and safe deployment — rather than acting as a single-purpose connector.

What can I ask my AI to do once Buildforce is connected?

Try: "Connect our Salesforce org and tell me what's broken," "What is our configuration debt costing us?", "Is this change safe to deploy?", "Show me unused fields and automation conflicts," or "Build this enhancement in a sandbox and prepare it for release." The connector ships a technical-consultant skill that turns the raw tools into guided org-triage, adoption-diagnosis, and deployment-safety workflows.
